Irfan was recommended by the pulmonologist for a trial of CPAP machine for a week. He shared details of the masks, machines and helped us decide which one to go for. For the trial machine and for the final purchase, he came to our place (really really remote considering the location of the store), and took over 40 minutes each visit, to explain the machine, maintenance, hygiene and the correct fit. It's a service with kindness and smile. I called regarding 02 compressor during quite an inauspicious time on day of 31/12. I recived delivery within few hours. I got all the instructions provided, compressor came with the accessories.
